Location couldn't be better! Close to the beach, shops, restaurants, and bus station. A fantastic fruit & veg store is just across the street! The apartment has all you need for a comfortable stay. Free Wi-Fi and a deposit box are available. The kitchen is well-equipped. The area around the apartments is clean and there is a lovely swim pool with beautiful plants. The administrator was very flexible and had excellent communication. The property is large, clean, and has good facilities. It is close to the beach, promenade, and restaurants. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, perfect for families with children. Despite renovations next door, the apartment was soundproof and didn't bother us. The office of Tenerife Host is just a 5-minute walk away where you can book excursions and buy park tickets. it was a very satisfying stay!

the low, rise semi, detached buildings were well, developed and the area felt safe with a gated entrance. the proximity to the beach, only a 2, minute walk away, was a major advantage. being within walking distance of Siam Park and all the local shops and restaurants made it very convenient. I didn't need a car as everything was easily accessible. the grocery store and amazing fruit n veg shop across the road were a bonus. the shared pool was large and quiet, and the apartment itself was of a high standard, well, equipped, and comfortable. the manager, Olga, was lovely and easy to contact.

The apartment we stayed at in Playa de las Americas was cozy and comfortable. The tea/coffee maker was a nice touch, allowing us to enjoy a hot beverage whenever we wanted. The tile/marble floor added a touch of elegance, making us feel like we were on a luxury vacation. The private entrance gave us a sense of privacy and exclusivity.

Personally, I would have preferred if the apartment had 3 bedrooms instead of 2. However, I understand that some guests might find the 2-bedroom layout more suitable for their needs.

fabulous stay in playa de las americas, virginia exceeded expectations! natalia was a perfect host, even finding us another apartment when they were fully booked. everything we needed in the apartment, including a washing machine. great location, close to shops, restaurants, and the beach. fantastic cleanliness and beach towels provided. overall, a perfect stay.

I always stay at this place when in Playa de las Americas. The friendly staff helped me find my lost wallet during my first stay. It has everything I need - free Wi-Fi, kitchen amenities, flat-screen TV. Can't wait to come back for Easter!

I recently stayed at Apartment Virginia for a week and it was perfect for our family vacation. The location was excellent, with the beach, shops, and nightlife within close proximity. The apartment itself was cozy and had a balcony and terrace for relaxation. The pool and table tennis facilities were a great added bonus. The neighborhood was quiet and ideal for families, and there were plenty of nearby attractions like Siam Park and Siam Mall. Despite renovations in the neighboring hotel, the apartment was soundproof and we were not disturbed. Natalia, our host, was fantastic and made the check-in and check-out process simple. a great stay!

I do have to say that the bathroom with a bath or shower was a bit small for my liking. But hey, that's just my personal preference, and I'm sure many others would find it perfectly adequate.
